Meet Our Board of Directors:

Asiwaju Babatope Stephen Oso is the esteemed Chairman of MD Perspective Nigeria Limited, bringing visionary leadership and strategic insight to our organization. With a distinguished career spanning high-level roles in Nigeria’s trade, manufacturing, and economic sectors, he drives our mission to deliver innovative management and development solutions that empower businesses and communities.

His expertise in corporate governance, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement has positioned MD Perspective Nigeria Limited as a trusted leader in consulting services. Asiwaju Oso has held influential positions in prominent organizations, shaping industry standards and advocating for policies that foster economic growth. He is an active member of Nigeria’s leading business and trade associations, contributing to initiatives that promote sustainable development and youth empowerment.

A graduate of advanced executive programs in leadership and governance, Asiwaju Oso holds qualifications in business administration and remains committed to continuous professional development. His extensive board experience includes advisory roles in trade promotion and economic development, reinforcing his impact on Nigeria’s business ecosystem.

Beyond his professional achievements, Asiwaju Oso is a respected figure known for his integrity and dedication to community progress. Married with a family, he actively supports mentorship and cultural initiatives, inspiring the next generation of leaders.

Chief Bamidele Abayomi Alimi, a distinguished leader with over 30 years of experience, serves as the Executive Vice-Chairman of MD Perspective Nigeria Limited. Renowned for his expertise in governance, event management, and Business Membership Organizations (BMOs), he drives strategic initiatives that empower businesses across Nigeria’s diverse sectors, including journalism, marketing communications, banking, agriculture, and manufacturing.

Previously, Chief Alimi was Director General/CEO of the Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria and the pioneer Managing Director of Clarion Events West Africa, where he led transformative events such as the Manufacturing Equipment Expo (2016–2017), Multimodal West Africa Expo (2017), and Manufacturing Partnerships for Africa’s Development (mPAD) Conference (2016–2017). At the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), he directed Membership & Trade Promotion and International Relations, orchestrating the Lagos International Trade Fair from 2010 to 2016.

An alumnus of Lagos Business School’s Advanced Management Programme, Chief Alimi holds an MBA from Ogun State University and HND/OND in Mass Communications from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. His global training includes the Advanced Company Direction Course (UK) and multiple courses from the Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria, NIM, LCCI, and NACCIMA.

Chief Alimi’s board experience spans Clarion Events West Africa Limited, IoD Centre for Corporate Governance, MD Perspective Nigeria Limited, and Comprex Consult Limited. He also served as Vice Chairman of the African Corporate Governance Network. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria and Nigeria Institute of Management, and an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations, he is actively involved in Rotary International, LBS Alumni Association, Ikeja Country Club, and Ikoyi Club 1938.

Married with children, Chief Alimi is a committed leader whose passion for excellence and community engagement strengthens our mission to deliver innovative, impactful solutions.

Chief (Mrs.) Morenike Ibidunni Dele-Alimi, born April 26, 1968, to the esteemed Durosomo family of Osogbo, is the Managing Director/CEO of MD Perspective Nigeria Limited, a role she has held since 2017. A Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience, Morenike has excelled in finance and administrative leadership across education, commerce, and consulting, driving strategic growth and operational excellence.

Co-founding MD Perspective Nigeria Limited with her husband, she has spearheaded high-impact exhibitions, trade fairs, and business-to-business facilitation with local and international organizations. Her notable past roles include Director of Marketing, Administration, and Finance, as well as Bursar at Olashore International School, Iloko-Ijesa (2003–2016), where she also served as Head of Internal Control & Audit and Administration Manager. Earlier, she was Financial Accountant at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (1995–1997).

Morenike holds an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (2007), and HND/OND in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology (1983–1989). Her educational journey began at All Saints Primary School, Osogbo (1972–1978), and Queen’s School, Ibadan (1978–1983). A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), she is also a member of the Society of Women Accountants of Nigeria (SWAN), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and Inner Wheel Club of Ilesa (Rotary International).

Born to the late Chief Adesina Durosomo, a renowned lawyer, and Chief (Mrs.) Adejoke Durosomo, a respected teacher, Morenike’s heritage and professional acumen fuel her commitment to excellence. Her leadership and dedication to community service strengthen MD Perspective Nigeria Limited’s mission to deliver innovative, impactful business solutions. 

Mr. Temiloluwa Dele-Alimi serves as Director of MD Perspective Nigeria Limited, bringing over eight years of innovative leadership to the firm. Previously the Chief Operating Officer (August 2025–Present), Executive Director (January 2019–August 2025), and Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (July 2017–January 2019), he drives strategic initiatives in exhibitions, trade fairs, and business-to-business facilitation with a “NO LIMITATIONS” mindset that fosters creative solutions.

As the owner of a writing agency in Lagos, Nigeria, Temiloluwa offers high-quality academic consultancy, helping learners excel in essays, term papers, and projects. His diverse career includes roles at the Institute of Human Virology Nigeria as Documentation Officer (NYSC, June 2016–May 2017), where he organized and interpreted viral load and early infant diagnosis data at the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, uploading records to the Ministry of Health database. He interned at International Breweries Plc (January–March 2015), mastering manufacturing standards like Japanese 5S and Six Sigma, and enhanced his Microsoft Office skills with presentations and spreadsheets. His Conservation Intern role at the Nigerian Conservation Foundation (March–May 2014) deepened his understanding of environmental management. A committed Rotary International volunteer, he leverages this cross-sector experience to enhance the firm’s operations.

Educated at the University of Ibadan, Temiloluwa holds an M.Sc. in Public Health Biotechnology (2018–2021) and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Zoology (2012–2015). Fluent in Yoruba and English, he authored “Attenuated Subcomponent Vaccine Design Targeting the SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Phosphoprotein RNA Binding Domain: In Silico Analysis.” His expertise in Microsoft Office, Excel, and leadership, combined with an out-of-the-box approach, strengthens MD Perspective Nigeria Limited’s mission to deliver impactful solutions. 

Dele-Alimi Oluwasindara Ayodamope is a results-oriented professional with a solid background in Law and extensive experience in operations and team management. As Manager at MD Perspective Nigeria Limited, she oversees business operations, drives strategic growth initiatives, and ensures that organizational objectives are met with efficiency and precision.

Her career reflects a blend of legal acumen and managerial expertise, which enables her to navigate complex operational structures while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, coordination, and productivity. Oluwasindara is known for her ability to lead teams effectively, optimize internal processes, and implement strategies that contribute to long-term business success.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and brings to her role a commitment to excellence, accountability, and organizational advancement.

Dele-Alimi Oluwasindara Ayodamope is a results-oriented professional with a solid background in Law and extensive experience in operations and team management. At MD Perspective Nigeria Limited, he oversees business operations, drives strategic growth initiatives, and ensures that organizational objectives are met with efficiency and precision.
